Community support for the Ukraine

Last Saturday local campaigners Simon Payne and Lisa Crosher were please to join the Chandlers Ford Conservatives in the planting of 100 Sunflower seeds in the Jubilee Garden at the Fryern Pavilion. The Sunflower is the national flower of Ukraine. Local volunteers including children gathered to plant the seeds in an area prepared by the Parish Council. We look forward to watching the Sunflower’s grow and blossom as well as welcoming those fleeing Ukraine to our local community.
